[UPDATE] The victim wounded in the shooting in the 2900 block of Rebel Drive is identified as 30-year-old Christopher Paul Davis of Shreveport. No arrest has been made.[ORIGINAL STORY] Bossier City police are investigating an early-morning shooting at a home in the 2900 block of Rebel Drive.

Police were called out to the home just after 4 a.m. There, they found the 30-year-old male victim with gunshot wounds to his upper body. He was taken to University Health in Shreveport, where he was last listed in stable condition.

Detectives say the man was inside the house, when another man entered through the front door and attempted to rob him and two others who were also there at the time. The other two men weren't hurt.

The gunman fired his weapon, then took off on foot. He's described as a black male, 5'10" to 6' tall and about 160 pounds with a slender build. Police are still searching for him. If you have information that can help identify and locate him, call Bossier Crime Stoppers.
