A man wanted by Caddo detectives for almost two years is behind bars.  And he, literally, put himself there.  40-year-old Bobby Parks was spotted this morning by a Shreveport police officer, who tried to take him into custody on two outstanding warrants.  But Parks sped off in the pickup truck he was driving.  The officer gave chase, round and about, until Parks finally parked his truck in the parking lot at Caddo Correctional Center and rain inside the jail -- right into an administrative office area reserved for deputies.  There he was taken into custody by a deputy and Shreveport officers.  After being checked out by the fire department, he was taken to the Shreveport City Jail where he was booked with flight from an officer and as a fugtitive on the warrants.  After that, he was taken back to CCC -- this time as a prisoner.
