The Huskies (31-8) stopped the Gators' school-record 30-game winning streak and will now take on Kentucky for the title.

The Huskies first took the lead, 21-20, on Niels Giffey's free throw after he made layup with 3:20 left in the first half. Connecticut extended its lead to double-digits in the second half.
