New Orleans Museum of Art Opens Exhibit for Jim Richard

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — An exhibit of paintings by New Orleans artist Jim Richard titled "Make Yourself At Home" has opened at the New Orleans Museum of Art Great Hall and will be on display through Feb. 24, 2013.

The Times-Picayune reports Richard, a University of New Orleans professor, is known for his lushly absurd still-life room interiors.

Admission to the museum is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and students and $6 for children 7 to 17 years of age. Children 6 and under are admitted free.
