It’s Almost Revel Time Again!

The 36th Annual Red River Revel Arts Festival kicks off Saturday in downtown Shreveport's Festival Plaza. So...what's new this year? Revel Director Kip Holloway says one thing involves the musical entertainment. He says in past years, there were big headlining acts only on Thursday, Friday or Saturdays. Now, there are headliners all eight days. He also says there are about 25 new visual artists and a few new food vendors, a couple of which came from the Shreveport Farmer's Market.
