The CenturyLink Center is increasing security measures for the Barry Manilow and Lil' Wayne concerts this weekend.

Doors open at 6 p.m. Saturday for the Manilow show, and at 6:30 Sunday night for Lil' Wayne. Guests are advised to arrive early and only bring necessary items to the event to expedite screenings.

All patrons, employees, vendors and visitors will be required to enter a security checkpoint for bag check and metal detection prior to entry. Patrols will be limited to small bags measuring a maximum of 6" x 9". Small medical bags or diaper bags will be allowed, as well as clear bags bigger than 6" x 9".

All bags will be searched and no backpacks will be allowed. There will be an entrance for patrons with no bags.

The following items are prohibited at the venue for both events:

  • Bags larger than 6" x 9"
    Video cameras or recording devices
    Backpacks
    Laser pointers or noise makers
    Weapons of any kind
    Alcoholic beverages
    Illegal drugs or paraphernalia
    Selfie Sticks
    Laptop computers or tablets
    Coolers
    Luggage of any kind or camera bags

Tickets for both concerts are still on sale at CenturyLink Center's Box Office, Ticketmaster.com or by phone at 1-800-745-3000.
