Greenwood Man Arrested Again for Timber Theft

Agents with the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry have arrested 61-year-old David Lubas.  He was booked into the Desoto Parish Jail and charged with one count of felony timber theft.  

This latest arrest was the result of a complaint received after Lubas was arrested earlier this month in an unrelated timber theft scheme.  In this case, he's accused of pocketing more than $55-thousand that should have gone to the Desoto Parish landowner he was representing as a consultant forester.
