The Bossier Parish Courthouse is the backdrop for today's visit by Governor Bobby Jindal, who is in town to sign five more bills into law. Two of them help crack down on sex offenders, one is designed to do more to protect the elderly and disabled from abuse, one makes it easier to locate missing children, and another deals with human trafficking. The governor also signs bills in Jena today that criminalize so-called "bath salts" and synthetic marijuana.
