Freedom Shrine Dedicated at Parkway
On this, the 70th anniversary of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, a Freedom Shrine has been dedicated at Parkway High School in Bossier City. The Freedom Shrine is given to schools by the National Exchange Club and the Exchange Club of Shreveport-Bossier donated and sponsored the installation of this one. The Freedom Shrine is a collection of thirty documents important to American History. It includes the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Gettysburg Address, and a whole lot more.
