Flag Retirement Ceremony at American Legion Post 14 Thur 14 June at 5 p.m.

Thursday, 14 June is Flag Day and American Legion Post 14 with the assistance of Boy Scout Troop 96 will hold its annual “Flag Retirement Ceremony”. Please make plans to attend this Ceremony at 5 p.m. Thursday 14 June at American Legion Post 14. Wear your Legion cap.

If you have any tattered/soiled flags that need to be retired please bring them to the Flag Retirement Ceremony.

When you come to the Flag Retirement Ceremony wear cool comfortable clothing, wear your sunshades, bring a camp chair, bottled water and your camera. It will make a good photo op to see the flags properly retired with dignity and honor.
