Cope to Return to Court

Due back in Caddo District Court tomorrow -- one Christopher Brian Cope.  He's the man accused of fatally shooting Shreveport Police Sergeant Tim Prunty in October of 2010 at a convenience store on Bert Kouns and shooting into an occupied guard shack in the 11-thousand block of Norris Ferry Road.  He'll be in Judge Mike Pitman's courtroom at 1:30 tomorrow afternoon for more pre-trial arguments and hearings.  He faces charges of first-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder.
