Cashier Arrested for Theft

Caddo sheriff's deputies have arrested a cashier at a local convenience store. 24-year-old WinQuinta Gibson is accused of taking $2800 from the Get and Geaux in the 44-hundred block of Pines Road on November 19th and 20th. Detectives say she concealed the money in her pants pocket and purse. Before taking the money, detectives say she used a broom stick to move the security camera so that her register would be out of the camera's view. But they say another camera in a different location recorded the whole thing. Gibson has been booked on a charge of felony theft.
