Marijuana is now legal in two states, but Louisiana lawmakers are not likely to approve any measures authorizing recreational use.

Caddo Sheriff's Narcotics Lt. Carl Townley dropped by the KEEL studio to talk with us about this. We asked him about legalization of marijuana for recreational use and medical use of marijuana.

He's definitely not in favor of recreational use and he thinks very heavy restrictions should be required on any plan to legalize marijuana for medicinal use.
