Caddo School Budget Approved

The school budget for Caddo Parish is approved. About four million will be pulled from the rainy day fund to plug the hole in budget.

In addition, a private company will run two alternate schools which will save around five million a year. The Board did compromise on the supply money teachers receive. That figure has been trimmed from $200 to $100.
