Caddo Parish Wreck Leaves One Teen Dead, Two Injured

Caddo Parish Sheriff's Deputies are investigating a two-vehicle wreck that killed one teenager and injured her brother and sister.  

It happened just before one o'clock this afternoon at Highway-One South and Leonard Road.

Caddo Sheriff's spokeswoman Cindy Chadwick says a small SUV driven by 17-year-old Rebecca Ann Rogers was eastbound on Leonard Road and turned onto Highway-One.  It was T-boned by a southbound pickup truck.

Rebecca Ann Rogers was pronounced dead at the scene.  Her 15-year-old brother, Ethan, and 14-year-old sister, Isbella, were both injured and were air-lifted to University Health. The pickup driver was taken to Willis-Knighton Pierremont with what were described as minor injuries -- primarily facial cuts.
