Caddo Commissioner Headed to South Africa

After an 8 to 4 vote, the Caddo Parish Commission has approved a trip to South Africa for one Commissioner. Lynn Cawthore is going for an economic and arts delegation trip. The trip will cost about 6,000 dollars with 2500 being paid for by the commission and the rest being funded out of Cawthorne's pocket.

He is going on the South Africa excursion instead of attending the NACO conference in California with his fellow commissioners.
