Brian Horn Case Delayed Again

MORE PRETRIAL HEARINGS IN THE BRIAN HORN MURDER CASE IN DESOTO PARISH. HE’S THE MAN ACCUSED OF MURDERING 12 YEAR OLD JUSTIN BLOXOM. THE JUDGE HAS AGREED TO GIVE BOTH SIDES MORE TIME TO GET READY FOR TRIAL. THIS WILL LIKELY MOVE THE TRIAL DATE BACK FROM THE PLANNED START IN AUGUST.

Brian Horn
Desoto Sheriff's Office

DEFENSE ATTORNEYS ARE TRYING TO HAVE EVIDENCE SEIZED FROM HORN’S COMPUTER EXCLUDED FROM THE TRIAL. THEY ALSO WANT EVIDENCE FROM HIS CELL PHONE KEPT OUT OF THE TRIAL. HE ALLEGEDLY USED THAT CELL PHONE TO LURE BLOXOM OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT BY PRETENDING TO BE A YOUNG GIRL.
