Bossier Parish Community College Culinary Arts Program offers a buffet from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. on Tuesday nights through March 27, 2012, in the Emmett E. Cope Student Services Center (Building F), 6220 E. Texas St., Bossier City.

The menu for Tuesday, February 28, 2012, is:

• Mulligatawny soup

• Veal cordon bleu

• Stir fried asparagus with shitake mushrooms

• Scallion cilantro rice with Habaneros and lime

• Zesty roasted garlic bread

• Salad bar

• White chocolate fudge torte

• Turtle pie

• Coffee, Tea, and Punch

The cost is $7.00 per person and to-go boxes are available. The buffet is open to the public. (First floor for to-go orders, second floor to dine in.)
