Bossier City Purse-Snatcher Sought

Bossier City Police have identified a suspect in a September purse-snatching, now they and Bossier Crime Stoppers are asking the public for help in finding him.  His name is Anthony Antonio Scott of Bossier City and he's 24 years old.  He's believed to be the man caught on surveillance video shortly after midnight on September 28th in the lobby of the Horseshoe Casino Hotel.  He's seen coming up behind a 66-year-old woman from Garland, Texas and grabbing her purse.  But she didn't let go.  Instead, she fell had to the floor and was dragged for some distance by the thief until he finally pulled the purse from her grasp and ran outside.  He was last seen getting into a newer model white 4-door Chevrolet Malibu and driving off.  The woman suffered a broken hip in the incident.  Scott's described as a black male, six feet tall, weighing 170 pounds.  If you know where he can be found, you're asked to call BGossier Crime Stoppers at 424-4100.  It could earn you a $435 reward.
