Arrest Warrant Issued for Shreveport Teen in Woman’s Shooting Death

Shreveport police now have an arrest warrant for the man they think shot a Shreveport woman to death late last week.
The warrant charges 18-year-old Rickey Williams with one count of second-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of 27-year-old Jasmine Hall. She was found with a gunshot wound outside a home in the 300 block of Boulevard Street. She later died at LSU Health Shreveport.
Police believe Hall’s husband, 24-year-old Brandon Reed, got into a fight with Williams over the sale and distribution of illegal narcotics, when Williams pulled a gun and fired the shot that killed Hall.
If you know where Williams can be found, call Shreveport detectives or Crime Stoppers.
