Arrest Warrant Issued for Shreveport Armed Robbery Suspect

Shreveport police have an arrest warrant for a man wanted for an October armed robbery.

On October 15, a female was attacked by a male suspect in the 1100 block of Snow Street. The man struck her in the head numerous times with a flashlight, knocking her unconscious. He then went into her pockets and took an undisclosed amount of money, then ran off on foot.

Robbery detectives have secured evidence linking 45-year-old Marshall Gilbert, of the 2700 block of Logan Street in Shreveport, to the crime. The warrant charges him with one count of armed robbery. Bond is set at $100,000.
