Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested

Shreveport police have arrested a man wanted in connection with an armed robbery that happened late last month in west Shreveport. Robbery detectives took 20-year-old Robert Cornelious, Jr., into custody this morning at his Karen Street home. He's believed to be one of two men who robbed another man in the 4600 block of Bethume Drive on May 25th. Cornelious was booked into the Shreveport City Jail on one count of armed robbery. Investigators are trying to get an arrest warrant for the other suspect involved.
