A Busy Post-Holiday For Caddo District Court Murder Cases
Caddo District Court is closed today for the MLK holiday, but there are several murder cases coming up for tomorrow.
Marecellus Adams faces arguments and hearings on a second-degree murder charge. He's accused of the July 2012 death of Michael Blackshire in the 4100 block of Miles.
LaQuinn Murray is charged with second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder for the May 2012 shooting death of Jonathan Simo and wounding another person during a scuffle in the 6100 block of Tierra Drive. Murray will be in court for arguments and hearings.
Cordero Parsee is set for further proceedings on a second-degree murder charge. He's accused of the August 2011 shooting death of Brittney Polk at a home in the 7700 block of Wyngate. His jury trial is scheduled for January 28th.
And Larry Wayne Sims is charged with second-degree murder for the November 2011 shooting death of Nelson Varela at a home in the 6200 block of Buncombe Road. His jury trial is also set for January 28th.
