8-Year-Old Shreveport Girl Wounded By Stray Bullet While She Slept
An 8-year-old girl is recovering at LSU Health Shreveport, after being shot while she slept.
Shreveport police say just after midnight, an unidentified male reportedly fired multiple rounds in the direction of a home in the 2000 block of Murray Street. The girl was hit by a stray bullet while she and other family members were asleep. She suffered leg wounds, but is expected to be O.K.
