A Bossier man accused of killing a local gas station clerk is found competent to stand trial.

22-year-old Adrian Little is charged with 1st degree murder for the shooting death of 21-year-old James Rosypal in November of 2013. Royspal's body was found lying on the floor behind the counter at the Exxon Food Fast on Airline Drive on the morning of November 10.

Little's attorney wanted a "sanity commission" to determine if Little was mentally competent to face the charges against him. The judge has ruled that Little is competent.

The accused murderer will face a status conference on the case in October.
