Young Professionals Group Welcomes New Members

A local young professionals group has welcomed some new members. The Northwest Louisiana Young Professionals Initiative drew a record-setting crowd at its January 25th Happy Hour event. It consisted of 21- to 40-year-old professionals who live and work in northwest Louisiana. The organization works to bring young professionals together to network, share ideas and create a voice for those who want to contribute to the development of northwest Louisiana. Membership to the group is free for anyone who works for a business that's a member of either the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce or Bossier Chamber of Commerce.
