U.S. Honor Flag Visits Shreveport
It may be hard to believe, but one American flag has traveled over six-million miles. And today the U.S. Honor Flag made a stop at Christus Sutton Children's Medical Center.
Corporal Chris Heisler, who travels with the flag, says it's kept under constant armed guard. The Honor Flag has flown at Ground Zero. It's been to Iraq and Afghanistan. It even flew on the last Space Shuttle. It serves as a reminder of the firefighters, police officers, and military personnel who have given their lives for our country and a tribute to the men and women who keep us safe every day.
