Bossier City police detectives say 19-year-old Sharnise Reed has been arrested and charged with attempted first degree murder and armed robbery. They also have an arrest warrant charging 17-year-old Kierra Ball with attempted first degree murder.

Reed turned herself in after seeing her photos in a news report.
