Two Killed in Keithville Train-Truck Collision

A man and a woman were killed this afternoon when a freight train struck the pickup truck they were in.  

Caddo Sheriff's spokeswoman Cindy Chadwick tells KEEL News the truck was westbound on Stagecoach Road about 1:30 when the driver went around the crossing arm, which was down because a train was approaching.  The 56-car Union Pacific train hit the pickup truck on the passenger side, killing the driver and passenger. Their names have not yet been released.  Chadwick says the train was loaded with pipe.
