Tornado Watch in Effect for Shreveport Bossier

Nasty weather is headed toward Northwest Louisiana.

The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for our region until 2pm Monday.

This watch includes Caddo and Bossier Parishes. It also includes all of Northeast Texas and these parishes in NW Louisiana:

Bienville, Desoto, Claiborne, Natchitoches, Red River, Sabine and Webster.

These are fast moving storms and could produce wind gusts of up to 60mph. We could also have some hail and possibly tornadoes. Shreveport Bossier will get hit by this storm system at about 10am Tuesday morning.
