Three People Shot in Bossier Annex

An afternoon shooting in the 1200 block of Burchett Street leaves three people, including a teenager, wounded.

Bossier City police say just before 4:45 this afternoon, they arrived at the Bossier Annex Subdivision to find the three victims, who had all suffered gunshot wounds. All three were transported to University Health for treatment. One of the victims was a 13-year-old girl. They're all expected to recover.

Detectives are sorting out all the details of the crime, interviewing witnesses and the victims. The Crime Scene Unit is processing the area for evidence. At this time, there are reports of more than one shooter, and at least two vehicles were damaged.
