Shreveport Shooting Leaves Teenager Critically Wounded
Caddo Sheriff’s detectives are investigating a late evening shooting that left an 18-year-old male critically wounded, said Sheriff Steve Prator.
The shooting occurred at 8:20 this evening in the 7900 block of Jefferson Paige Road in Pinchback Park. According to detectives, eyewitnesses reported that gunfire broke out shortly after some verbal altercation.
Multiple witnesses have been interviewed regarding this shooting.
The victim was transported to Ochsner LSU Health for treatment. There is no information regarding the victim's condition at the time of this release.
This is an ongoing investigation.
