Power outages caused by a monster windstorm that swept through Caddo Parish early this morning continue to impact area residents. KEEL radio has been experiencing intermittent on-air service following the storm. Luckily, loyal listeners don't have to miss a minute of Rush Limbaugh.

Because of a power outage on the campus, LSU-Shreveport will remain closed through this coming Sunday. Campus spokeswoman Jennifer Steadman says officials expect it to be open for business Monday, April 2nd, at 8 a.m. The delay is the result of having to replace 40 feet of underground conduit -- and having to splice the power cables in the manholes...
