MPC member Ronnie Remedies Remedies clarified the current status of Director Mark Sweeney's employment, saying, "Mr. Sweeney's employment was 'at-will.'"

Jones claims that her client, Judy Negrete, a longtime employee of the Metropolitan Planning Commission, was a victim of "retaliation and discrimination."
