Don Pierson is Secretary of Louisiana Economic Development. He tells 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert and Erin that he disputes claims made by Elio Motors boss Paul Elio that his organization is responsible for a six month delay in the fledgling car company moving into the GM plant, a move the new manufacturer has yet to make.

Pierson also tells KEEL listeners what he know about rumors that auto manufacturer Range Rover was set to move into the plant, a move that was squashed, some say, by Caddo Parish's previous deal with Elio.
