Shreveport Woman Killed in Car/Train Accident Named by Coroner
A Shreveport woman killed when her vehicle was struck by a train Monday, November 20, 2023, has been named by the Caddo Parish Coroner's office.
Natalie Brown-Denby, 32, of Crystal Creek Drive, was killed just after 1:30 p.m. in the 10200 block of Norris Ferry Road. Her northbound vehicle ran through the railroad crossing guard arm and was struck on its driver's side by the train. She was ejected and was deceased at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation by the Shreveport Police Department. This article will be updated as more information is forthcoming.
An autopsy was ordered.
