SHREVEPORT, LA-   Shreveport Officers arrest woman in home invasion

Sharonda Anderson (11-3-85) has been arrested by the Shreveport Police Department and charged with one count of Home Invasion. The charges stem from a September 9th, 2023, incident around 10:10 p.m. in which Shreveport Police patrol officers responded to a citizen assistance call in the 2700 block of Murphy Street. If convicted she could face up to thirty years in prison.

A Home Invasion is defined as the unauthorized entering of any inhabited dwelling, or other structure belonging to another and used in whole or in part as a home or place of abode by a person, where a person is present, with the intent to use force or violence upon the person of another or to vandalize, deface, or damage the property of another.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
