The suspect, identified as KC Clinton, was captured on the business's surveillance cameras and was identified before leaving the scene.

Through their investigation, detectives discovered that Clinton had a recent arrest in Bossier Parish for a separate, sexually related offense. This new information, combined with the evidence from the Shreveport case, led to a warrant for his arrest.

The warrant, approved by the Caddo Parish District Attorney’s Office, charges Clinton with 1 count of sexual battery under Louisiana Revised Statute 14:43.1.1. On Wednesday, September 10th, the Shreveport Police Department arrested KC Clinton, who now faces legal action for his alleged crimes.
