
Three Men Wanted For $2,200 Theft From Shreveport Home Depot
The Shreveport Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating three men allegedly involved in a high-value theft at a local home improvement store. The incident took place on New Year’s Day, January 1, 2026, at the Home Depot situated at 110 E. Bert Kouns Industrial Loop.
According to official reports, four male suspects entered the business at approximately 3:35 PM. Investigators state the group removed roughly $2,200 worth of flooring materials and exited the premises without attempting to pay. The suspects were seen arriving and departing the scene in a white Chevrolet vehicle.
Shreveport Suspects Identified and Warrants Issued
Following a thorough investigation, detectives successfully identified three of the four individuals involved. The identification process utilized a combination of store surveillance footage, driver’s license records, and prior booking photographs.

Gilroy Merrill (58)
Erskine Eugene (54)
Michael Merrill (65)
