Shreveport Police Chief Promotes Jailors and Vehicle Techs

Chief Wayne Smith promoted three jailors and two vehicle technicians in a ceremony held at the Shreveport Police Complex this afternoon.

Provisional Jail Superintendent Inetta Adams was officially appointed as Jail Superintendent, becoming the first woman to ever serve as the commander of the Shreveport City Jail. She has been serving since May 1993.

Police Vehicle Technician II, Roy Brammer was promoted to Superintendent of Vehicle Maintenance. He has served since April 2016.

Jailer II, Conteril Davis was promoted to Jailer III. She has served since May 2002.

Jailer I Symphany Mays was promoted to Jailer II. She has served since March 2018.

Police Vehicle Technician I, Austin Baccarie was promoted to Vehicle Technician II. He has served since June of 2019.
