Shreveport Police Need Your Help With Saturday's Homicide

SHREVEPORT, LA- Just after midnight on June 17th, 2023, Shreveport Police Officers were called to respond to a shooting in the 6200 block of South Inwood Road. Arriving officers located an elderly female victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds from an apparent drive-by shooting. The Shreveport Fire Department transported the victim to a local area hospital where she was pronounced deceased.

Investigators with the Shreveport Police Violent Crimes and Crime Scene Units responded to the scene to collect evidence. Shreveport Police Detectives are asking for assistance from our community to help solve this Homicide Investigation.
