Shreveport Police Need Help Finding Burglary Suspect

SHREVEPORT, LA- Shreveport police are asking for your help in their search for a suspect wanted for residential burglary

On August 28th, 2023, Shreveport Police officers were called to a residence in the 4600 block of Tibbs Avenue in reference to a burglary.

During the investigation, detectives obtained security footage of a possible suspect. That footage was used to identify the suspect as James Edwards (4-6-69). An arrest warrant was issued for the arrest of Edwards for the offense of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling.
