Shreveport Police Arrest Man for Life-Threatening Beating of Woma

On March 2nd, 2022, Shreveport Police Department officers were contacted in reference to a report of a violent attack on a woman in the 2400 Block of Highland Avenue. The victim was transported to a local area hospital and was unresponsive. Due to the severity of the injuries Shreveport Police Violent Crimes were notified.

Shreveport Police Detectives found that the young woman had been severely beaten and was in critical condition. Detectives identified Brandon Lindsey (8/16/89) as the male responsible for the violent attack.

On March 3rd, 2023, Shreveport Police Violent Crimes detectives located Brandon Lindsey and placed him under arrest for one count of Attempted Second Degree Murder, as well as warrants from other jurisdictions.
