
Shreveport Man Sentenced for Pistol-Whipping in Caddo Court
A Shreveport Man who was found guilty of pistol-whipping a woman he knew has been sentenced on Caddo Court.
Today was a tough day in court for 30 year-old Shaquille Bradford. Bradford went in to Caddo Court to be sentenced as a habitual offender after he was found guilty of hitting a woman with a pistol.
It was revealed in court that Bradford took a handgun and hit a woman in the back of the head and again in the face. The woman got a deep cut behind her ear, and has been suffering from seizures due to the trauma.
Bradford was determined in court to be a habitual offender and a second felony offender which greatly enhanced his sentencing.
The Judge sentenced Bradford to 25 years at hard labor for the aggravated second-degree battery he was found guilty of last month.
