The Shreveport Police Department Property Crimes Unit has arrest warrants for two suspects in connection with multiple theft incidents at Lowe's home improvement stores in Shreveport.

On December 3, 2024, it was determined that two Hispanic male suspects had stolen several items from the Lowe's located at 2710 Alkay Drive and fled the scene in a white Volkswagen Atlas.

Lowe's provided video of the incident, which included the suspect vehicle's license plate number. Additionally, they reported that the same suspects were involved in theft or attempted theft incidents at the Lowe's on 7301 Youree Drive on two separate occasions.

The investigator consolidated all three incidents, with a combined total of $3,276.65 in stolen merchandise. Using various investigative techniques, the suspects were identified as:

Based on the investigation, arrest warrants were obtained for the following charges:

· Andres Licon:

o 1 count of Felony Theft

o 1 count of Attempted Felony Theft

· Gerardo Armendariz:

o 1 count of Attempted Felony Theft

o 1 count of Misdemeanor Theft
