Tyler tells KEEL listeners that, even though City Hall will be operating with a skeleton crew because of the snow and ice, she, Chief Administrative Officer Brian Crawford and the city's "leadership team" will be meeting throughout the day, getting updates on city streets, roads, schools and other information pertinent to city operation.
