Shreveport Man Arrested for Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile

The Shreveport Police Department has arrested a man following an investigation by SPD Sex Crimes Detectives.

50 year-old Brad Gaston was arrested on December 18 and has been charged with one count of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile.

Under Louisiana law, Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile involves committing lewd or sexual acts upon or in the presence of a child under the age of 17, with the intent to arouse or gratify sexual desires.

Certain information has been left out of this article to protect the identity of the victim and their family. More will be added as information is forthcoming.
