Shreveport Man Arrested After Strangling Pregnant Girlfriend
SHREVEPORT, LA- Arrest Made in Violent Domestic Incident
Shreveport Police Department detectives have arrested Juadarius Hudson in connection with a violent domestic incident reported on November 20, 2024.
Around 4:00 AM on November 20, officers responded to a residence at 4208 Cadbury Court. The victim, who is currently pregnant with Hudson's child, reported that during an altercation, Hudson strangled her with both hands, impeding her airway and making it difficult for her to breathe. Hudson was aware of the pregnancy at the time of the incident.
The physical assault occurred at the residence of the victim's friend, who witnessed the altercation and intervened. Three juveniles, aged 11, 6, and 10 months, were present during the incident, further highlighting the severity of the situation.
On January 3, 2025, Hudson was arrested on outstanding warrants related to this case.
