SHREVEPORT, LA-   Shreveport police arrest man involved in Domestic Incident

On May 21st, 2023, around 11:26 a.m. Shreveport Police Department Patrol officers were contacted in reference to an assault and battery in the 2300 block of David Raines Road.

On arrival, officers contacted a victim with visible injuries. The responding officers determined that the victim had been injured after being involved in a dispute with a male. Further investigation led officers to obtain a warrant for the arrest of Marco Sellers (2-18-02).

On August 28th, 2023, Marco Sellers was arrested for one count of Domestic Abuse Battery with a serious bodily injury. The victim is expected to recover.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
