Shreveport Man Arrested for Home Invasion Involving a Juvenile

Yesterday, Shreveport Police were called to Blom Boulevard to reports of a possible kidnapping of a juvenile.

When SPD got to the scene, Officers determined that it was not a kidnapping, but a juvenile who ran away from home. Police investigated further and found out that the juvenile was with an adult who forcibly entered the home of the juvenile's grandfather, and assaulted him.

The adult was identified as Taylor Holste. After a short search SPD was able to arrest Holste on charges of Home Invasion and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile. The mother of the child, Rebecca Hartfield was also arrested during the investigation for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile.
